1992.09-1999.09,山東大學微生物技術國家重點室副教授
1996.1~9月,芬蘭技術中心生物技術研究所,從事絲狀真菌分子生物學研究。
1993.4~5月; 1991.5~12月, 兩次赴澳大利亞悉尼大學農化系進行合作研究。
1982 年畢業於山東大學生物系 微生物專業。

科研成果
承擔和參加了16項國家和省部級有關絲狀真菌遺傳與分子生物學,木質纖維素降解代謝酶分子生物學方向研究課題,在國內外學術刊物上發表論文50餘篇,其中SCI論文13篇。研究成果榮獲:
“纖維素、半纖維素降解代謝酶分子生物學”獲研究山東省科委科技進步三等獎(1999),首位。
參加“微生物對木質纖維素降解機理的研究” 獲國家教育部基礎類一等獎(1999)。
