毛勝勇,男,1973年2月生,博士,副教授,南京農業大學碩士生導師。
主要研究進展
1. 反芻動物瘤胃酸中毒的發生機制及營養調控研究
系統開展了反芻動物瘤胃酸中毒的發生機制及營養調控研究,闡明了瘤胃酸中毒發病的微生物學機制,揭示了瘤胃乳酸積累的微生物作用機制,為瘤胃酸中毒的定向調控提供了重要理論依據。建立了基於DGGE和16S rRNA序列分析瘤胃微生物區繫結構的技術手段,研究了日糧結構對瘤胃發酵特性及細菌區系的影響,進行了乳酸利用菌的分離及其對瘤胃發酵的影響的研究。
2.瘤胃產甲烷的微生物分子特徵及調控措施的研究
闡明了瘤胃產甲烷的機制,提出了相應的調控措施,為提高飼料利用率、減少甲烷對環境污染奠定了理論基礎。建立了瘤胃甲烷菌、厭氧真菌多樣性和定量分析技術, 建立了晉南牛瘤胃產甲烷菌16S rRNA基因序列庫,並研究了甲烷菌菌群分布及多樣性。
