梅建平,先後獲得美國普林斯頓大學經濟學碩士和博士學位。長江商學院金融學教授,沃頓金融機構中心學者。曾任紐約大學金融學副教授、芝加哥大學訪問副教授並任職於普林斯頓大學。

本科畢業於復旦大學數學系,先後獲得上海財經大學數據統計碩士學位,美國普林斯頓大學經濟學碩士和博士學位。

1993年運用金融學工具開始研究房地產領域,並提出了美國第一個房地產市場模型;1997年,和曾著有《漫步華爾街》的導師麥基爾教授(Burton G.
