朱天飈， 北京大學政府管理學院副教授， 副院長（主管研究與發展）， 北京大學

歐洲研究中心副主任。 1990-1993年就讀於澳大利亞悉尼大學，獲得經濟學（社會科學）學士 ，1998-1999年就讀於劍橋大學，並獲得管理學碩士 ，1994-2000年就讀於康乃爾大學，獲得政治學博士 。個人主要研究方向：1、國際與比較政治學（ International and Comparative Politics） ；2、國際與比較政治經濟學 （International and Comparative Political Economy ）；3、發展的政治經濟分析 （Political Economy of Development ）主要著作
