《服務外包英語》以服務外包工作過程為導向，以典型工作業務為載體，從發包方和接包方的角度出發，根據實際業務安排了業務流程外包和信息技術外包兩個工作項目。項目共包含13個學習任務，涉及一般服務外包業務的流程（信息發布、布置提案企劃書、項目建議書、盡職調查、項目報價、簽訂契約、完成工作報告、建立項目流程管理體系），每個任務中包含了公司實際業務資料，由任務學習、附文閱讀和練習三個部分組成，體現了工作任務與知識、技能的聯繫。教師可按照整個業務流程來進行教學，形成以學生為中心的理論實踐一體化的教學模式，為學生提供體驗完整工作實踐過程的學習機會，實現職業教育教學過程與工作過程的融合，最大限度地培養學生的職業能力。
