1983年9月至1986年7月 湘潭大學數學系計算數學專業學習,獲碩士學位
1986年9月至1989年6月 中科院武漢數學物理研究所攻讀博士學位
1989年6月 獲博士學位
1989年7月至1996年4月 中國科學院武漢數學物理研究所工作,歷任助理研究員、副研究員、研究員
1996年 入選中國科學院“百人計畫”到中科院套用數學所工作

研究方向
目前主要從事非線性偏微分方程和非線性變分問題的研究,特別是套用非線性分析,如臨界點理論來研究非線性偏微分方程解的存在性,多解性等。
