個人經歷
1993年在長安大學(西安地質學院)獲水文地質工程地質專業碩士學位,
1997年在中國科學院地質研究所獲水文地質及工程地質專業博士學位。
1997-1999年在中國科學院地理研究所從事博士後研究。
1999年10月在中國科學院地理研究所任副研究員。
1999年6月-2001年6月在香港大學土木工程系從事滑坡土石流研究。獲得了2001年度香港工程師學會岩土工程最佳論文獎。
2001年7月-2002年2月在中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所工作。
2002年2月-2002年9月,在香港大學土木工程系任高級研究助理。
2002年10月-2005年10月任香港大學研究助理教授,主要結合共同申請的香港研究資助局項目,從事庫水位變化對滑坡復活的影響研究,並與香港政府土木工程署土力工程處合作開展自然滑坡土石流方面的研究。
2004年2月中國科學院百人計畫入選者。
2013年 入選北京市高水平引進人才特聘教授 被聘為北京工業大學 教授 博士生導師
個人成就
2005年中國地質學會第十屆青年地質科技獎-金錘獎獲得者。中國科學院地質與地球物理研究所研究員,博士生導師。
