Cream cheese30g
Wholemeal flour200g
Baking powder3tsp
Baking soda1tsp
Vanilla Essene1tsp
Brown sugar 3tsp
Baking raisin20g

做法

1. Preheat oven to 200°.Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar evenly and slowly stir into melt butter and cream cheese(both are normal temperature), and milk.Put kneaded dough on greased pan, top a few shallow cuts on the dough.Bake for 50-60mins.
