研究領域
主要從事昆蟲生理生化、昆蟲毒理學和生物安全等方面的研究。近年來重點開展稻飛虱抗藥性及其機制、轉基因抗蟲水稻對非靶標有益昆蟲的安全性評價等研究。
主持國家自然科學基金和省教育廳項目各1項，主要參加973項目、國家自然科學基金（重點）項目等3項。
教學工作
參與講授的本科生課程包括《農業昆蟲學》、《茶樹病蟲害》等；參與講授的研究生課程有《昆蟲生物化學與分子生物學》、《生物安全》等。
至今已培養碩士1人；目前在讀碩士生1人，協助指導碩士生3人，博士生2人。
