吳長艾

吳長艾

吳長艾,1973年1月生,山東菏澤人。博士,教授。1998年山東農業大學林學院林學專業本科畢業,考取該校植物學專業研究生,從事植物生理方面的研究工作,2001年獲碩士學位。2001~2004年,從事棉花耐鹽鹼基因的克隆、表達分析與調控、植物遺傳轉化以及植物耐鹽生理等方面的研究工作,獲博士學位。現山東農業大學教授。

個人簡介

吳長艾,女,山東巨野人。2004年獲得山東農業大學理學博士學位,至今在山東農業大學生命科學學院工作。生物化學與分子生物學國家級教學團隊成員。承擔本科生《生物化學A》、《基礎生物化學B》和《基因工程》;研究生《基因工程原理和技術》等課程的教學工作。“泰山學者”特聘崗位學術骨幹。主要從事重要經濟作物棉花及模式植物擬南芥耐鹽、抗旱等重要基因的克隆、鑑定,探討其調控機制及在作物遺傳改良上的套用價值。近年來,承擔了轉基因生物新品種培育科技重大專項、國家自然科學基金和山東省自然基金等課題6項,參加2項。獲國家發明專利4項。在《Plant and cell Physiology》、《RNA》、《FEBS Journal》、《Plant Science》和《作物學報》等國內外著名學術刊物上發表研究論文30餘篇。

教學工作

承擔本科生《基礎生物化學》,《基礎生物化學實驗》;研究生 《基因工程原理與技術》、《基因表達調控》等課程的教學工作。
