是亞太地區會計行業組織的代表, 成立的最初構想始於1957年12月1日在菲律賓馬尼拉召開的第一次遠東會計師大會，正式成立於1976年。CAPA常設辦事機構設於馬來西亞吉隆坡。目前，亞太會計師聯合會擁有來自23個國家和地區的33個會計組織會員，中國註冊會計師協會於1996年10月4日加入CAPA。迄今為止，亞太會計師聯合會是世界上規模最大的區域性會計組織，復蓋全球一半的區域。
CAPA宗旨
CAPA的宗旨是：在亞太地區會計行業的發展、提高和協調方面發揮領導作用，使會計行業能夠不斷為社會公眾提供高質量的服務。
CAPA的組織機構
理事會是CAPA決策機構，由會員選舉理事組成，每年召開兩次理事會會議。理事會下設戰略委員會、財務委員會和審計委員會。

部分成員組織介紹
香港專業會計員協會：香港專業會計員協會（HKAAT）是根據香港公司法令，於1988年8月23日由香港會計師公會贊助成立的。該協會宗旨為：提高並促進協會會員及學員的專業能力，以滿足香港和中國大陸的商業需要；授予相關非學位資格並為會員及學員提供服務。協會的主要工作目標是：為那些全職或兼職參與會計工作的非專業會計師的那些人授予專業會計員資格；發展職業教育培訓並舉辦相關考試；為大學畢業生提供一個在會計界發展的機會。該協會設有董事會，董事會下設秘書處負責協會日常事務。秘書處下設資格委員會、行政及財務委員會、中國事務聯絡委員會、考試委員會、聯合專業過渡考試委員會、會員服務委員會、出版發行委員會（下設編輯委員會）、學員事務委員會。
紐西蘭註冊會計師協會：紐西蘭註冊會計師協會（ICANZ）是紐西蘭唯一的專業會計組織，擁有紐西蘭和海外的近 27000萬名會員。協會有三種會員資格：特許會計師，準特許會計師，專業會計員。協會在紐西蘭全國以及澳大利亞的悉尼、墨爾本、英國的倫敦和斐濟設有分支機構。
馬來西亞註冊會計師協會：馬來西亞註冊會計師協會（MICPA）於1958年7月26日按馬來西亞《1940— 1946年公司法令》組建。1964年7月更名為馬來西亞註冊會計師公會（MACPA），後又改為現名MICPA.目前，協會擁有會員近2500名。協會由30名成員組成的理事會負責管理，理事會成員由在工商業、公營部門工作以及公開執業的註冊會計師組成。協會設有主席、副主席、執行委員會、會計審計技術委員會、行政管理和財務事務委員會、工商業委員會、風紀股長會、教育培訓1委員會等委員會。
