人物經歷
本科碩士畢業於河南科技大學材料系,2000年博士畢業於哈爾濱工業大學材料科學與工程學院,曾在上海交通大學材料科學與工程學院從事博士後研究,後留校工作至今。其間於2004年到美國肯塔基大學電氣工程系和納米科學工程中心從事博士後(高訪)研究工作兩年。現為中國儀器儀表學會微納器件與系統技術分會高級會員、上海市有色金屬學會會員。
主講課程
講授研究生課程《半導體材料與積體電路製造基礎》。
研究方向
主要從事微電子材料與技術、納米材料與器件、高性能複合材料等領域的研究工作。
主要貢獻
曾從事過國家基礎研究973項目、美國能源部項目和Army Research Lab項目等研究工作,作為負責人先後承擔中國博士後科學基金、國家自然科學基金、上海市浦江人才計畫、西門子和華峰鋁業研發項目等科研工作。在國際學術刊物(包括Advanced Materials、Carbon、Nanotechnology、Sensors and Actuators B、Journal of Applied Physics、Chemical Physics letters等)上發表第一作者/通訊作者SCI論文二十餘篇;發表論文被他人引用170餘次。
曾經擔任第八屆電子封裝技術國際會議(ICEPT2007)大會秘書長、電子封裝技術與高密度封裝國際會議(ICEPT-HDP) 封裝材料與工藝分會共同主席(2009)和分會場主席(2008、2009)。
