“Term-paper company”, a simple but new phrase, which is so inviting that stop （stops)my progress of reading. Then, according to the contexts, it may have the similar character with the latter two phrases, I mean, the ONES after the dashes, a way of cheating in the examination. After that guess, an idea came into my mind that is (去掉）why this kind company is so prevailing in schools. As we all know, every thing has its original. To some extent, does it means (means)cheating has become an essential part of students’ life, the relative of which had been a promising business for earn money?
The idea came up in passage eleven probably is the opinion the average people support. While, does it really right? The mother of a nursery school even gives three reasons to back her words, or explain her son’s cheating. Unfortunately, nobody could elude these reasons. Although the author had asked this question, “what if ……”. At the same time, another thing was evidenced that parents in nowadays attach more importance on CHILDREN’s study results rather than the approaches.
If the answers from the mother could be tolerated, then Mr. James R. Socas’s sentences make people annoyed. From his arguments, we knew that he thinks the little children are all forgivable because of their ages,(age) their ignorance, even their free-responsibility.(responsibilities) I couldn’t agree to this thinking, even if he is the chairman of the honor committee at the University of Virginia. The adults and the children, from my angel, are the same. The only two differences are their age and their experience; however, these can’t be the explanations for children’s cheating.
Open-book examination, which is considered as a useful way to avoid cheating, is popular with teachers and schools. Two purposes and one advantage are listed in the following two passages. It seems to be wonderful without any problems(problem), but I want to point out that nothing is perfect, nothing. I can’t predict the develop trend of this way, but we know that many things would be substitute by other newer and more developed things which open-book exam may included.
A method suggested by the teachers and psychologists was keeping the students from developing the habit in high school. It appears to me that it is a good idea which can be put into effect. nonetheless, one thing mixed me up. Why it must be in the high school, not in the middle school or elementary school? Are there any distinguishes among them? After all, we couldn’t be sure that the children in the latter schools wouldn’t cheat. They are just younger than the ones in high school. In my opinion, we should teach the children not to cheat when they are very young, probably five years old is OK, if we really want to change this situation.
