Today we (I) started to read (reading) the article ‘attitudes toward work’. The paragraph1-3 is (paragraphs is)talk about the work environment. (,) in which environment employess (employees) can take responsibility and be rewarded appropriately. The author said (+that) changing attitudes and conditions in the workplace is an good idea. I agree with the author.
How to chang (change) the attitudes in the workplace, I think the company can care for the employess’ live, family more. When the employess (employees) faced difficin t(difficult), the company can give an accepted standard of help. And how to chang the conditions in the workplace. First I think the work environment is very important. The environment must very comfortable that the employess’ (employees) efficiency can be the best. Secoend (second) the word should have some difficint(difficult), but can’t too hard. In this environment, the efficency (efficiency) is high and worker will fell gratify.
In this 3 paragraph, I can know the meaning, but some new word let me feel hard. Like the two word ‘authoritarian and dehumanizing’. The sentence(sentence) is ‘Today’s work is no longer willing to work in an authoritarian and dehumanizing environment’. So I think this two work (works) is (are) derogatory tern. With the dictionary, I know the word authoritarian is meaning ‘demanding total obedience and refusing to allow people freedom to act as they wish’.
The word dehumanizing is meaning ‘to remove from a person the special human qualities of independent thought, feeling for other people, etc:’
