In the first paragraph, I also found some words that the first I saw which the word of
dehumanizing. I can guess the meaning of this word, which I didn’t know. The word of
dehumanizing is divided in to three part of de – human - izing. The ‘de’ has the meaning
about deny. It links the human, so I can get the meaning of this word.
In this paragraph, I can get an idea that the worker requests MORE and more. Why does it
appear? I think the reason of that the worker who the level of education improve
continuously. They do no longer only know working and working. They want to improve
their level of life and make contribute for the society. They are manner in the company and
in the society. They do not want to work for the immoral company.
They want to responsible for their heart.
Today, and in the future, companies improve their effective of work, which make more
benefit for company. They also make worker live with the achievement of feeling.
Then they will work more hardly and change their attitudes and conditions. They will like
their job. They will think their job is meaningful.
