After I read paragraph 8 to 9, I learned many [much] knowledge from these two paragraphs.
In paragraph 8 the first sentence is not only very important in this paragraph but also important to the today’s companies. I think large companies or good enterprises must deal with issues like ethnic diversity harassment, hiring and firing, profit sharing and other labor/management policies. To cite just one example, a company deal [deals] with ethnic diversity is very important. I think a large company they [they] must have many workers from different countries or different ethnics, they have different culture and faith so the company must deal with them let them to be a powerful team and make the wealthiest for the company.
In the second sentence in paragraph 8, the expression “all too” is used to emphasize that something happens to a greater extent or degree than is pleasant or desirable.
The word “celebrating” in the first sentence in paragraph 9 stop me reading this paragraph. So I look it up in the dictionary. Here “celebrate” means to praise someone or something. In this paragraph the author set the Hearst Corporation for example. I can not understand the sentence so clearly so I find help in the book. After I read the notes I can know it clearly.
