In the forth passage, I think the first sentence is the author’s view. This sentence gives us some questences. What are the worker realy want? How can they become a value of the whole? I think they want to do the important wprk in the company. They can help company to get the most profit through their Harding working. They want to lead their employees work together. Then, employees of the company can do their Best Effort. But the author give us another meanings. They want to know their work fits into the corporate strategy. They want to the organization’s goals. They also want can make an impact. According employees want to be a valued part of the whole is the important, they can contribute their knowledge in a corporate culture.

In the fifth passage, I also think the first sentence is the author’s view. The passage tell us that the profitability of a company is related to the quality and efforts of its workers. The example of the passage has instruct the view. But I have my opinion. When employees have high quality, they will work more effect and value. They can use more morden machine and sestem. Efforts is also the important. If employees are lazy, they are slowly doing less work. How can the organization operate normal? When the organization has effort and quality, it can add the profitability.
