??? I think outgoing is a just a kind of personality. It is born or formed because of ones' living environment. Everyone has his own reason of happiness. It can be affected by personality.? Even someone who is not outgoing ........can be a happy guy.

??? As what I said in the last writing, a person who is easy to satisfied can be a happy person. Good personality like outgoing can help people to be happy.
??? The one who is greedy is a person hard to satisfy. They want too much in?their life and can't be satisfied even they has got pretty a lot.
??? And other guys who are always be worry can't be happy easily. When they get something they or reach some target, they always be afraid of losing them.
