Teen Spirit該專輯於2001年由Stockholm Records(瑞典) 和RCA(美國)發行，也是A-Teens的首張原創專輯(包含一首翻唱Morning Light，原唱是瑞典歌手E-Type)。
相比於之前的專輯，男聲部分在本專輯中顯著增多。
該專輯共有四首歌曲發行了single，包括排名第一的歌曲和代表作《Upside Down》。在加拿大和美國，這首歌被重命名為《Bouncing off the Ceiling (Upside Down)》。
在美國與波蘭，該專輯獲得黃金銷量，在祖國瑞典與其他地區，該專輯更達到鉑金銷量。該專輯的銷量超過了150萬，但是銷量不如首張專輯，該專輯也較少見諸報端。
專輯小冊實拍《Upside Down》《Heartbreak Lullaby》和《Halfway Around the World》在Radio Disney被頻繁播放。
