影片講述幾個相互之間完全陌生的人，發現他們被一個精神有問題的陌生人幽禁在他的孤島上。他們不知道即將發生什麼。接下來，他們被迫接受嚴酷的生死考驗。想要生存下來，他們必須阻擊來勢洶洶且極端危險的鯊魚。黑夜籠罩，在泳池邊站著一個高大的男子，他被鐵鏈綁起來，雙手血淋淋，不明真相的他拚命掙扎，可是還是陷入了未知的絕境，究竟是什麼原因讓這幾個陌生人要面對如此恐怖場景？而這場對抗鯊魚的生存遊戲到最後又有誰可以活下來？
