個人簡介
1984年畢業於南京大學生物系，獲學士學位；1987年於南京大學生物系獲碩士學位；2004年於南京大學生命科學院獲博士學位。
2001年，作為高級訪問學者赴美國哈佛大學醫學院Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center開展合作研究。長期從事生殖生物學、幹細胞生物學研究，主持並參與國家自然科學基金、國家“973計畫”、教育部骨幹教師基金、江蘇省自然科學基金、江蘇省衛生廳科學基金及橫向科研項目的研究，在國內外學術刊物共發表論文90餘篇。
主持“文、理、醫結合七年制臨床醫學專業人才培養模式的最佳化與創新”、“組織胚胎學多媒體課程建設”、“生殖生物學研究生核心課程建設”等教學改革項目，參編“生殖病理學”、“組織胚胎學”教材。
任江蘇省高等學校醫藥教育研究會副理事長，江蘇省解剖學會常務理事，江蘇省製冷學會冷凍醫療專業委員會主任。
