簡介
這首歌的原作曲是美國70年代著名音樂人馬尼羅（barry manilow），此歌是他的代表作之一，原歌名是《古帕卡巴那》（Copacabana），是一個紐約著名夜總會的名字。Copacabana 夜總會從40年代營業至今，見證過無數著名歌手和喜劇演員。原文歌詞講的是一個發生在 Copacobana 的愛情悲劇。兩個在酒吧工作的貧窮的年輕人相愛，有錢的客人對姑娘無禮，小伙子拔刀相助被槍殺，姑娘終生落寞，這么一個故事。

阿寶原名張少淳，山西大同人，原生態歌手。2004年中央電視台西部民歌大賽銅獎、中央電視台《星光大道》第一周周冠軍及月冠軍，2005年度總冠軍。06年春節晚會中，與吳雁澤、戴玉強一起演唱《草原上升起不落的太陽》。
