A.DNA、蛋白質分子的磁性功能化研究
採用溶膠-凝膠法與絡合吸附法製備了表面包覆二氧化矽與上轉換螢光納米粒子的生物磁粒,再與DNA或蛋白質分子連線,製成螢光磁性修飾DNA或蛋白質分子。用於免疫分析及生物晶片研究中的生物分子的分離或檢測。
B.螢光納米粒子標記法用於晶片DNA或蛋白質的光致發光檢測
合成了ZnS包復的CdSe半導體納米粒子(量子點),並將其共價交聯於DNA、蛋白質等分子,用於DNA晶片、蛋白質晶片上生物分子的標記及檢測。量子點標記物克服了有機螢光染料的一些不足,因而具有很高的檢測靈敏度。
上轉換螢光納米粒子是一類在紅外光激發下,能發出可見螢光的材料。用於生物分子的分析檢測,可大幅度降低檢測背景,提高檢測的靈敏度。合成了粒度均勻的NaYF4:Yb,Er; NaYF4:Yb,Ho; NaYF4:Yb,Tm; La2(MoO4)3:Yb,Er等上轉換螢光納米粒子,並用於晶片上生物分子的標記及檢測。
此外,還合成了某些可在長波長下激發的螢光納米粒子,如,摻雜Eu的CaS納米粒子,長餘輝螢光納米粒子等,並探索了其作為螢光生物標記材料的可能性。
