簡歷：

1.2013年10月起:中國科學院上海生命科學研究院中科院-馬普學會夥伴計算生物學研究所;擔任研究員、課題組長。 2.2009年4月–2013年9月:美國達納法伯癌症研究所、波士頓兒童醫院與哈佛醫學院;擔任博士後研究學者。

研究方向：

1）針對以二代測序技術為基礎的生成的高通量生物數據為主，開發統計及計算模型的開發 2）結合生物實驗結果，解析轉錄因子和染色質結構調控蛋白的作用機制。以研究在待定生物過程中基因調控機制的動態性。
