達朝山

達朝山,蘭州大學博士生導師。 主要從事手性藥物與多肽合成法放學研究。 曾獲2009第十六屆“甘肅省普通高等學校青年教師成才獎”。

基本信息

學習經歷

2010年3月—2011年3月,美國賓夕法尼亞大學化學系, 訪問學者,合作者Patrick J. Walsh教授。

2000年9月—2003年6月,蘭州大學生命科學學院生物化學與分子生物學研究所,從事博士學位的學習和研究工作,獲得理學博士學位,導師王銳教授。

1998年9月—2000年6月,蘭州大學生命科學學院生物化學與分子生物學研究所,從事碩士學位的學習和研究工作,獲得理學碩士學位,導師王銳教授。

1986年9月—1990年6月,蘭州大學原生物系植物生理專業學習,獲得理學學士學位。

工作經歷

2010-至今,蘭州大學,生命科學學院生物化學與分子生物學研究所,教授,博士生導師。

研究方向

主要從事手性藥物與多肽合成法放學研究。我們研究組現在的興趣主要集中於:(1)手性藥物的綠色與原子經濟性相關的不對稱催化合成方法學研究;(2)不對稱格式反應合成手性藥物及其中間體;(3)高級結構相關酶模擬物的合成與催化活性研究。

格氏試劑的鈍化及其在手性配體作用下對醛的不對稱加成反應研究,國家自然科學基金,No. 20672051,28萬元,2007年至2009年。

脫水酶的高級結構肽模擬物的設計、合成及其催化β-羰基醇脫水反應過程中的手性識別作用研究,國家自然科學基金,No. 21072087, 36萬元,2011年至2013年。

所獲獎勵
