中國科學院動物研究所大動物生殖與發育研究組組長
中科院動物所"百人計畫"引進海外傑出人才。2003年畢業於東北農業大學,獲得動物遺傳育種與繁殖專業博士學位;2003至2005年在上海交通大學醫學遺傳研究所任助理研究員,2005至2007年在美國紐奧良大學任博士後研究人員;2007至2010年在美國密蘇里大學哥倫比亞分校任研究助理教授。2010年入選中國科學院現代農業創新基地“項目百人計畫”。主要研究方向為通過分子誘變或體細胞核移植轉基因技術策略來改善豬的農業生產性狀或構建用於生物醫學研究為目的的轉基因動物模型。現主持中國科學院“項目百人”計畫項目1項,2005年獲得上海“白玉蘭”科技基金1項。
研究方向
目前的研究成果主要包括創建了攜帶有人P23H Rhodopsin突變基因的NIH近交系轉基因小型豬,視覺電生理檢測已經證實在不同的個體中均出現不同程度的視力下降,可以作為人的色素性視網膜炎的疾病模型;創建了攜帶有人抗凝血因子9, Furin蛋白和α-抗胰蛋白酶的轉基因豬,其中凝血因子9的表達水平在乳汁中達到了1克/升。首次報導利用組蛋白去乙醯化抑制劑-Scriptaid大幅提高了在生物醫學研究中具有廣泛套用價值的-NIH近交系小型豬的克隆效率。首次報導了利用鋅指核酶技術在大動物當中實現了GFP基因的高效成功敲除。
