研究方向
果樹果實發育及其品質調控的信號轉導機制植物是多細胞生命體,細胞之間的物質和信息交流是植物生長和發育的基礎。細胞的信號轉導是指細胞在接受特定的刺激後,細胞內部會激發出一系列複雜的細胞級聯反應,其結果導致一系列複雜的基因表達和代謝調控,最終操縱了植物特定的生長模式和反應行為。信號轉導研究是當今生命科學的熱點和前言科學。果樹果實發育及其品質調控是果樹學的核心問題,值得注意的是,果樹果實發育和品質形成本質上也是由細胞信號轉導操縱的。但是多年來,有關果樹果實生長發育機理的研究多局限於對果實發育過程中生理、生化變化的分析上,對操縱果實發育的根本機制,也就是信號轉導機制,幾乎沒有了解。本研究旨在從信號轉導的角度,揭示果樹果實發育、品質形成及成熟調控的奧秘。近年來,我們圍繞著細胞信號轉導開展了很多研究。曾先後在“NewPhytologist”、“PlantJournal”、“PlantPhysiology”、“Plant,CellandEnvironment”、“JournalofExperimentalBotany”等國際權威刊物上發表論文多篇。其中,在PlantPhysiology(143:68-77)刊載的論文曾入選2007年中國最具影響力的百篇國際學術論文。這是中國農業大學歷史上,繼《CELL》和《NATURE》論文外,第三篇獲得此榮譽的論文。論文發表情況,詳見目錄。
除細胞信號轉導外,我們另一個研究方向是藍莓和黑果越橘等功能水果的開發和利用研究。藍莓和黑果越橘果實中富含抗氧化物質,不僅口感極佳,而且對人體有很好的保健功能。因其栽培困難、價格昂貴,俗稱‘貴族果樹’。本研究旨在培育及建立適於一般土壤栽培的藍莓和黑果越橘生產體系,並尋求相關產品的開發和利用。
