簡介
許長橋，教授，博士生導師，國家優秀青年基金獲得者，北京市昌平區政協委員，下一代網際網路技術研究中心主任，IEEE高級會員，中國電子學會高級會員。2009年獲得中國科學院軟體所與愛爾蘭都柏林城市大學聯合培養博士學位，2002-2009年於中國科學院軟體所任助理研究員，2007-2009年在愛爾蘭做聯合培養和訪問研究，2009年至今工作於北京郵電大學。
主要從事移動網際網路、內容分發與傳輸、多媒體通信、雲計算大數據、網路安全領域的研究工作，主持和參與了二十多個國家科研項目，近五年發表論文百篇，其中第一作者論文發表在IEEECommunicationsSurveys&Tutorials，IEEECommunicationsMagazine，IEEEWirelessCommunicationsMagazine,IEEETransactionsonMobileComputing，IEEETransactionsonCircuitsandSystemsforVideoTechnology，IEEETransactionsonBroadcasting，IEEETransactionsonVehicularTechnology等本領域高水平期刊上，多篇入選ESI高被引論文，在國際上產生了重要的學術影響。授權國家發明專利25項，研究成果獲得美國高通、華為、中興、愛立信等公司的重視和套用合作。
擔任WileyTransactionsonEmergingTelecomm.Technologie、KSIITransactionsonInternetandInformationSystems、IEEESystemsJournal、MobileInformationSystems、InternationalJournalofDistributedSensorNetwork等國際SCI期刊的編輯或特邀編輯。擔任ACMMobimedia2015，IEEEIWCMC’14/’15/’16，NANA2016等國際會議的聯合TPC主席，擔任ACMMobiHoc,IEEEInfocom，IEEEICC，IEEEGlobecom等15個國際著名會議的TPC。擔任IEEE多媒體通信技術委員會ServicesandPublicityBoard常務委員，綠色多媒體通信組的聯合主席。
