基本步驟
材料:捲心菜、菜苗、小西紅柿、檸檬。調味料:
檸檬汁(或白醋)、白糖、橄欖油(你也可根據喜好調味,加些色拉醬也可,如果有柚子汁,也放些哈)。
做法:
1、捲心菜洗淨切細絲,擺在盤中用手整成樹型。
2、菜苗,小西紅柿洗淨直接點綴(大牙買的小西紅柿個有些大,我切小了)
3、檸檬切薄片,底部劃一刀,用手分別把它往兩邊拉,以方便豎在頂部。
4、澆上調味汁即可。吃時,拌勻。
