符書蘭,女,生於1981年2月,2009年畢業於四川農業大學生物化學與分子生物學專業,獲博士學位。2010年1月至2013年5月,在中國科學院遺傳與發育生物學研究所做博士後。在《Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA》、《Scientific Reports》、《Genetics》、《Chromosome Res.》、《Genome》、《PLoS ONE》、《Journal of Genetics and Genomics》、《Genetics and Molecular Research》等上發表學術論文20餘篇;主持國家自然科學基金2項,省部級科研項目2項;作為三級課題主持人參加國家863計畫項目1項。

主要研究內容 :

小麥遠緣雜交育種

重點研究小黑麥的形成過程及遠緣雜交引起的基因組變異。高效地轉移、鑑定和跟蹤外緣基因,發掘具有重要育種價值的易位系和關鍵基因。創製、鑑定和評價小片段易位系和近緣物種全基因組滲入系;分離並詳細研究來自野生近緣物種的高產、優質、抗病蟲和抗逆基因;培育高產、優質、抗病和耐逆的小麥新品種。

植物著絲粒的表觀遺傳學研究

在國際上首次發現來自玉米三號染色體臂上的片段可以穩定遺傳,並具有著絲粒功能分子標記如CENH3和CENPC以及組蛋白磷酸化的信號,但不含可檢測的玉米著絲粒的重複序列,表明著絲粒的功能主要受表觀遺傳學機制調控。同時在小麥遠緣雜交後代材料中,發現大量著絲粒變異的材料,包括著絲粒序列擴增和丟失等,利用新建立的染色體分析技術,深入研究著絲粒的結構和功能,特別是植物染色體著絲粒的表觀遺傳學將對植物功能基因組研究和人工染色體套用具有重要意義。
