主要科研領域與方向:
家蠶基因組及功能基因組研究。目前主要研究領域:(1)家蠶發育的激素調控研究:旨在基於家蠶和其它昆蟲全基因組數據,通過比較基因組學方法,分析鑑定家蠶發育激素調節信號通路及相關重要基因,研究其在家蠶發育調控中的分子作用機制,並套用於家蠶素材創新。(2)比較基因組學研究:基於昆蟲和其它動物基因組、轉錄組和蛋白質組數據,分析家蠶重要基因家族的結構特點和進化機制。代表性論文:
