白吉剛

白吉剛

白吉剛,男,山東平陰縣人。博士,副教授,碩士生導師。1999年6月獲華中農業大學碩士學位,2002年6月獲西南農業大學蔬菜學博士學位,2002年至今在山東農業大學生命科學學院工作。近年來參加和主持承擔了國家自然科學基金、國家轉基因植物研究專項等多項課題。在《Physiologia Plantarum》、《Scientia Horticulturae》、《Journal of Plant Physiology》、《Journal of Plant Growth Regulation》、《Acta Physiologiae Plantarum》、《Biologia Plantarum》、《Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology》、《園藝學報》、《中國農業科學》、《植物生理與分子生物學學報》等國內外學術刊物上發表論文35篇,在山東友誼出版社和Studium Press(India)等出版社出版圖書2冊,申請國家專利2項。

基本信息

教學課程

承擔本科生《分子生物學》、《基礎生物化學實驗》、《花卉生物工程》等課程的教學工作。2003年將《分子生物學》課程改革為雙語教學課程,2006年獲山東農業大學第五屆教學質量三等獎。

學術研究

研究方向

1. 黃瓜逆境與基因工程: 以黃瓜為研究材料,從形態結構、生物化學、蛋白質組學、表觀遺傳學等不同角度分析低溫、高溫、乾旱、鹽等逆境脅迫對黃瓜的影響,克隆並分析與黃瓜抗逆境密切相關的重要功能基因,選育抗逆境的黃瓜材料。

2. 轉基因生物安全評價共性技術: 基於外源基因的分子特徵和遺傳穩定性研究轉基因生物的安全評價共性技術。
