2010年9月在南京大學物理系獲得博士學位, 同年進入西南交通大學物理學院光電實驗室工作, 從事低溫量子器件的相關研究工作.

王軼文博士在研究生期間,從事基於超導約瑟夫森節(Josephson Junction)器件量子計算的相關研究工作。超導約瑟夫森器件具有巨觀量子特性,是構建固態量子比特(Qubit)的候選之一。王軼文博士的工作是研究如何調控超導約瑟夫森器件(在極低溫下測量各種新奇的巨觀量子現象).
