材料:
獼猴桃3個、蝦仁若干(超市有賣的冰凍的蝦仁)、油炸粉若干(超市有賣)、雞蛋1個、油適量、千島醬3茶匙。
做法:1.獼猴桃洗淨,切掉一個蓋子,挖出果肉,做成獼猴桃盅。
2.挖出的果肉切丁,流出的汁水也要留存再碗裡喔。雞蛋打入碗中攪勻備用。
3.蝦仁洗淨,依序粘裹蛋汁後再沾油炸粉(要一個一個的沾油炸粉,要是一起拌的話,粉會結成塊與蝦仁分離)放入熱油鍋中炸成金黃色(油燒到8成熱時將火調成小火,再放入蝦仁慢炸)
4.獼猴桃盅內放入蝦仁、獼猴桃肉,再淋上獼猴桃汁,蘸上千島醬即可~
