濟南期刊采編中心

濟南期刊采編中心（以下簡稱 采編中心）是由濟南天之信有限公司下屬采編部聯通國家學術期刊社，發起組建的學術性期刊采編單位。在網際網路、濟南、山東乃至全國運作著采編工作。

采編中心是法定的學術期刊采編單位。濟南期刊采編中心網站是采編中心為更多學術期刊雜誌運作采編的平台，促進期刊網路的利用與資源共享，提高采編中心的知名度，為更多學者服務。本著促進科技進步，科技文獻共建共享、服務社會的原則，采編中心與多個學術期刊所簽署了合作協定，並委託各地采編中心共同運作采編工作。
采編中心一貫尊重作者的權益，長期與授予各地采編單位合作獲得了論文發表的優越權，目前又增加了更多的高質量刊物的合作。
