1994年本科畢業於西北農業大學農學系
1997年碩士研究生畢業於西北農業大學基礎科學系
2005年在中科院微生物所獲微生物學博士學位
2005-2008年為美國普度大學生物科學系博士後
2008-2010年被聘為中科院武漢病毒所病毒學國家重點實驗室副研究員
現為西北農林科技大學生命科學學院教授,博士生導師。

研究方向

主要研究方向為微生物分子生理學和生物化學,以谷氨菌棒桿菌、嗜肺軍團菌、假結核耶爾森氏菌等重要的模式微生物為模型,利用生物化學、分子生物學、遺傳學和功能基因組學技術進行微生物重要代謝途徑、致病因子的分子生理學研究,並在此基礎上發現重要的藥物作用靶標,以及設計新的代謝工程策略,通過對微生物進行系統生物技術改造,從而利用微生物技術進行污染物的降解和生物質源大宗化學品的合成,以及為病原微生物的防治提供理論指導和技術支持。在PLoS Pathogens, Cellular Microbiology, Applied and Environmental Microbiology等國際著名期刊發表研究論文10餘篇,是國際期刊Archives of Microbiology的審稿人。
