沈波[北京大學教授]

男，1963年7月出生於江蘇省揚州市。北京大學物理學院副院長，教授、博士生導師、長江學者、國家傑出青年基金獲得者。主要研究領域：（一）寬禁帶半導體量子結構材料與器件,（二）寬禁帶半導體低維物理。

1963年7月出生於江蘇省揚州市；
1985年7月畢業於南京大學物理系半導體專業，獲學士學位；
1988年7月畢業於中國科技大學物理系半導體專業，獲碩士學位；
1995年3月畢業於日本東北大學材料科學研究所(IMR)，獲博士學位；
2000年晉升教授；
2003年獲國家傑出青年科學基金；
2004年聘為教育部長江特聘教授
曾任日本東京大學產業技術研究所(IIS)客座研究員、東京大學先端科技研究中心(RCAST)客座教授、日本千葉大學電子學與光子學研究中心客座教授、日本產業技術綜合研究所(AIST)訪問教授，現為北京大學物理學院副院長、寬禁帶半導體研究中心副主任。

（一）寬禁帶半導體量子結構材料與器件,
（二）寬禁帶半導體低維物理

主要研究內容包括

III族氮化物半導體異質結構和量子阱的外延生長和缺陷控制，
III族氮化物半導體異質結構二維電子氣經典與量子輸運性質，
III族氮化物半導體異質結構二維電子氣的自旋性質和自旋電子器件，
III族氮化物半導體量子阱子帶躍遷(ISBT)探測器件，
III族氮化物半導體高溫功率器件與器件物理

主要學術成就

1995年開始從事III族氮化物（GaN基）寬禁帶半導體物理、材料和器件研究，在強極化、高能帶階躍體系中二維電子氣輸運規律、GaN基異質結構外延生長和缺陷控制等方面取得在國內外同行中有一定影響的重要進展，近年在GaN基異質結構二維電子氣自旋性質、GaN基量子阱子帶躍遷器件等方面取得一系列進展。先後主持和作為核心成員參加了國家“863”計畫項目、國家“973”計畫項目、國家自然科學基金重大、重點項目、教育部重大研究計畫項目等20多項科研課題，發表SCI收錄論文140多篇，論文被引用超過1000次，先後在國際學術會議上做邀請報告近10次，獲國際學術會議“最佳論文獎”1次和全國學術會議“優秀論文獎”4次，獲得/申請國家發明專利11項；多次擔任國際學術會議程式委員會委員和組織委員會委員，是APL、JAP等國際學術刊物的特約審稿人；獲國家自然科學二等獎（2004年）、國家技術發明三等獎（1999年）、江蘇省科技進步一等獎（2003年）和教育部科技進步三等獎（2000年）。
