北京亦能亦行殘障研究所是一家2009年10月經工商註冊成立的民間組織，機構以殘障社會工作及殘障法律為關注領域，致力於“推廣殘疾人權利公約，踐行自主生活理念”，以“諮詢、培訓、倡導、研究”為主要工作方法，目前主要開展“盲人按摩師調研項目”、“殘障法律服務項目”、“無障礙休閒項目”。英文簡介

EDSIcommitsitselftobecomingasupportiveNGOinChinesedisabilityfield.Itpursuesawayof“developingresearchthroughserviceandimprovingservicethroughresearch”topromotethedevelopmentofdisabilityfieldandfacilitatetherealizationoftherightsofPWDs.
Currently,theinstituteislaunching“LegalServiceProject”,“Barrier-freeLeisureProject”,“CompanyPlanfortheGrowthofYouthWithDisabilities”,and“ProjectforPWDsEconomicEnvironmentImprovement”.
