楊鳳林,男,1944年8月生,1969年畢業於大連工學院化工系,1981年獲工學碩士學位,教授、博士生導師,大連理工大學環境環境學科開創人和奠基人之一。

現任環境學科博士點點長、院學術委員會主任、環境工程研究設計研究院董事長。社會兼職: 中國環境科學學會理事,遼寧省環境科學學會副理事長,遼寧省環境科學學會

環境工程專業委員會主任,遼寧省環境產業協會副會長,大連市環境科學學會理事長。

主要貢獻

負責國家重大水專項、863課題、國家自然科學基金、高校博士點科研基金等國家及省部級項目總計10餘項;發表學術論文300餘篇,其中SCI、EI收錄160餘篇;承擔技術開發及工程設計項目80餘項;獲得國家科技進步獎1項省部級科技進步獎5項;市級科技進步獎4項;申請發明專利13項,其中已授權6項。培養 “洪堡學者”2名,所培養的孟凡剛博士在2010年發表的文章被評為“中國最有影響力學術論文”。

博士、碩士研究方向:

(1)膜分離技術,主要研究內容:膜生物反應器(MBR)、曝氣膜生物膜反應器(AMBfMR)、動態膜生物反應器、超濾(UF)和反滲透(RO)處理技術;

(2)先進生物處理技術,主要研究內容:好氧顆粒污泥、厭氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX)、同時硝化反硝化除磷等;

(3)環境電化學技術,主要研究內容:導電聚合物電極材料、微生物燃料電池、電Fenton和電氧化還原處理污水套用基礎研究;

(4)工業生態與環境規劃,主要研究內容:工業生態園規劃、流域水循環經濟、污染場地風險評價與生態修復;

(5)污水深度處理與回用技術,主要研究內容:工業廢水與污水處理廠出水深度處理回用的集成技術。
