梁瑋，博士，山東蓬萊市人。現任北京理工大學計算機學院副教授，碩士生導師。2005年7月於北京理工大學計算機學院獲得計算機套用技術工學博士學位。2014年至2015年在加州大學洛杉磯分校（ULCA）訪問。作為項目負責人主持國家自然科學基金一項，主持北京市自然科學基金一項，973三級子課題一項。做為核心骨幹參加了國家自然科學基金、國防基礎科研項目、863項目以及與航天科技集團合作項目等多項課題的研究工作。發表學術論文30餘篇。
