柯善咨(湖南大學 經濟與貿易學院，中國 長沙 410079)。
學歷：
1977-1984年 南京大學 學士、碩士(1984)；1986-1993年 University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill，USA，經濟學碩士、城市與區域規劃博士（1993）。
簡歷：
1968-1977年下鄉插隊和在工廠勞動；1984-1986年國家城鄉建設環境保護部-中國社會科學院中國建設經濟研究所從事城市與區域經濟研究；1986-1992年University of North Carolina—Chapel Hill，城市與區域規劃系，助研，碩士課教師；1990年世界銀行契約諮詢員；1992-1993年University of North Carolina, Center for Economic Development；1993年香港城市理工學院經濟與金融系，講師；1997-2006年在美國First Union和Wachovia銀行從事研究和管理工作，歷任經濟師、高級經濟師、經濟研究部主任、Senior Vice President；2006-至今 教育部“985”工程湖南大學哲學與社會科學創新基地區域經濟學首席專家。
研究領域
城市經濟學、區域經濟學、套用計量經濟學。
