研究方向
一碳化工和甲烷等小分子的催化轉化
1.電漿化學
採用電漿技術用於強化反應過程尤其是一些化學性質極為穩定的物質如甲烷和二氧化碳的化學轉化等。還開展了電漿用於催化劑改性的研究。在此領域開展了3項課題的研究。
2.一碳化工和綠色化學新工藝開發
由一氧化碳出發製備含氧化合物可利用我國豐富的煤資源,減緩石油危機的壓力。另外,由CO出發製備多種含氧化合物的一碳化工路線為具有原子經濟性、環境友好的新工藝路線,可製得草酸和乙二醇等重要的化工產品。在此領域開展了3項課題的研究,如國家“九五”科技攻關項目“CO氣相催化偶聯制草酸酯、草酸”的中試放大試驗,“300噸/年淨化黃磷尾氣氣相合成碳酸二甲酯的中試”等。
科研項目
1. 作為項目負責人主持國家自然科學基金項目“電漿製備高分散鈷基費托合成催化劑及其性能研究”。
2. 作為項目負責人主持天津市重點項目“耐硫甲烷化鉬基催化劑中MoS結構和尺寸調控研究”。
3. 作為項目負責人負責國家863計畫重點項目“鈣基工業固廢製備脫硫劑及脫硝固廢再生技術與示範”中的子課題“電石渣為原料製備脫硫劑甲酸鈣成套技術開發”。
4. 作為主要參加者參與了與企業合作的“碳一化學與化工技術開發”、“合成氣制乙二醇技術”等項目。
完成課題
1.國家自然科學基金項目“電漿技術對催化劑表面改性作用的研究”(批准號:20106013 ),通過驗收。 2.天津市基金項目“非貴金屬催化劑用於甲烷完全氧化反應的研究”,通過驗收 3.參與完成了國家“九五”科技攻關項目“CO氣相催化偶聯制草酸酯、草酸”中“一氧化碳偶聯制草酸酯模試及催化劑工程放大”的研究。 4.參與完成了國家“九五”科技攻關項目和天津市市長基金項目“CO氣相催化偶聯制草酸酯、草酸”中“300噸/年CO氣相催化偶聯制草酸酯、草酸中試”的研究。在研課題:1.電漿強化催化反應過程時空多尺度結構及其效應研究(國家重大基金項目,參加者)2.天然氣低溫電漿轉化制碳二烴(天津市科委攻關項目,參加者) 3.CO低壓氣相催化合成碳酸二甲酯(天津市科技發展項目,參加者)
