張朝輝, 副教授、博士,1968年3月出生於山東省文登市。研究方向為水產化學、海洋生物活性成分及水產品加工。

張朝輝, 副教授、博士,1968年3月出生於山東省文登市。1991年畢業於青島海洋大學食品科學與工程專業，獲學士學位；1994年畢業於青島海洋大學水產品貯藏與加工專業，獲碩士學位；2005年獲得東京海洋大學博士學位。1994年留校任教.目前講授的課程主要有：食品化學、釀造酒工藝學、飲食文化概論和食品風味化學（碩士生課程）。
研究方向：水產化學、海洋生物活性成分及水產品加工。
