簡介：由於對星際海盜過分霸道的不滿，一部分守序的星際海盜脫離了組織並開始與其它國家通商貿易，後來逐漸形成了巴克蘭同盟。巴克蘭同盟是自由者的天堂，裡面充滿了冒險者、商人和宇宙流浪者。由於這個國家的前身是星際海盜聯盟，在國家中各個強盜勢力錯綜複雜，於是便形成了它特有的規則，並且唯武力為尊。由於海盜的天性，巴克蘭同盟仍然保持對其它勢力的威脅，但他們同時也在承受著龐大的星際海盜組織對他們的追殺。
