研究方向
主要從事抽菸導致慢性阻塞肺炎(COPD),哮喘,肺瀰漫性肺炎等肺病的分子生物學研究.
研究內容
1) 早期反應基因EGR-1在吸菸引起慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的分子機制的研究。
2)利用Fstl1基因全身敲除小鼠模型和各種Fstl1基因誘導型定向敲除小鼠模型,研究早期肺發育的過程和肺幹細胞定向分化為各種肺上皮細胞的機制。
3)建立多種肺疾病(如:肺纖維化;哮喘和急性肺損傷)動物模型,以Fstl1為切入點研究多種信號通路在損傷發生過程中的調控機制。
科研成果
利用SAGE和MICEOARRAY技術建立相關疾病 (如COPD,)的基因表達庫; 結合吸菸對肺損傷的細胞培養和動物模型, 發現並研究目標基因EGR1, HSP70, HO1在COPD發生中的功能。
