1. 藥物化學:基於計算機靶標模擬的小分子和大分子藥物的設計合成與修飾
2. 藥理學研究:藥物效應動力學,研究藥物對機體的作用,包括藥物的作用和效應、作用機制及臨床套用等。
藥物代謝動力學,研究藥物在機體的作用下所發生的變化及其規律,包括藥物在體內的吸收、分布、代謝和排泄過程,特別是血藥濃度隨時間變化的規律、影響藥物療效的因素等。
3. 生物分析學研究:用來測定臨床前/臨床藥物動力學參數的生物分析技術研究、方法驗證及標準實驗室管理系統。
4. 新藥開發:開展針對婦科腫瘤、消化道腫瘤的抗腫瘤原創藥物(一類新藥)的研發。
