科學研究
研究領域
低維量子材料以其豐富的物理和新奇的量子現象,成為凝聚態物理的重要研究方向。研究聚焦於新型的二維材料(例如石墨烯、新型過渡金屬硫族化合物新成員PtSe_2等)以及各種由不同層狀材料組成的人工複合異質結構(例如石墨烯/氮化硼、拓撲絕緣體/高溫超導體等)。利用多種尖端電子能譜技術,研究量子尺寸效應對電子結構、自鏇結構、能隙調控的影響,以及異質界面處的耦合和近鄰效應。通過測量量子材料處於平衡態(靜態)和非平衡態(動態)的電子結構,可以直接獲得電子能量、動量、自鏇以及時間等多維信息,探索與材料特性直接相關的物理機制。
主要的實驗技術包括:
1、角分辨光電子譜(ARPES)、自鏇分辨角分辨光電子能譜(Spin-ARPES)等
2、基於雷射光源的超快時間(~200飛秒)分辨的角分辨光電子譜
3、共振射線X散射(RXS)和超快時間分辨的共振X射線散射(tr-RXS)
4、其它基於同步輻射光源的技術,如X射線吸收譜(XAS)、光發射電子顯微鏡(PEEM)、非彈性X射線散射(IXS)等
