內容
周堯和教授長期從事凝固理論與凝固技術研究,對鑄件凝固過程的傳熱、傳質和動量傳輸進行了系統研究,建立了強制性凝固組織形成原理的新理論框架。在國際上首次發現並定義了鑄錠凝固過程中的第三對流區,據此提出的鋼錠頭部正偏析理論得到公認。發明了保溫冒口,並被國內外廣泛套用,獲得了顯著的經濟效益。開闢了“生態材料學”研究的新領域,並迅速轉化為諸多大型冶金企業的先進生產力。這本文集精選了周堯和院士及其指導下的研究團隊50年間在國內外重要會議和期刊上所發表的部分代表性論著,按內容分為3個專題,即凝固與晶體生長科學、凝固技術與鑄造和非晶合金與亞穩相。本書可供從事物理冶金、凝固理論和技術研究的科研、教學和工程技術人員閱讀,以及有關院校材料科學與工程專業師生參閱。
