劉文怡[中北大學教授]

劉文怡，1970年1月生，山西嵐縣人，博士，教授，博士生導師。現任中北大學儀器與電子學院副院長，受聘中北大學儀器科學與技術學科和電子科學與技術學科教授。

個人履歷

1992年畢業於太原機械學院（現中北大學），獲工學學士學位。

1998年於華北工學院（現中北大學）獲碩士學位。

2009年於中北大學測試計量技術及儀器學科獲博士學位。

2009年山西省優秀博士論文。

目前受聘中北大學儀器科學與技術學科和電子科學與技術學科教授。

2013年於英國Brunel大學進行為期一年的訪問交流。

研究領域

劉文怡教授主要從事測試計量技術及儀器領域的教學和研究工作，近期主要針對測量系統從事分散式數據記錄系統、無線感測網路、嵌入式系統、無損壓縮編碼、數據加密、多功能結構、無線感測網路、光學特種感測器以及新型高速數據傳輸匯流排研製工作。

科研成果

在科研方面，承擔並完成國家自然科學基金項目、省部級基礎研究項目、預先研究項目7項，主持和負責企業橫向合作項目40餘項，研製生產專用測試儀器50多種370多台，全部套用於航天試驗任務的測量與控制。

參與並獲得國家科技進步二等獎1項，省部級科技進步一等獎1項、二等獎2項、三等獎1項，獲得國家教學成果二等獎1項；先後在國內外重要學術刊物和學術會議上發表論文79篇，其中被SCI、EI收錄 13篇；獲國家發明專利1項；參編譯著1部，出版專著《遙測系統無損壓縮技術評估理論與實踐》，提出的UH-CR曲線算法解決了壓縮算法臨界壓縮性能的通用評估問題，對工業領域無損壓縮技術套用的可靠性保證具有重要意義。基於該算法研製的數據壓縮單元已被套用於新一代太空飛行器遙測系統。

在教學方面，講授“硬體描述語言及器件”、“誤差分析理論”、“多媒體技術”、“VB程式設計”、“模式識別”、“測試系統集成”等多門本科生、碩士生課程，參與並獲得國家教學成果二等獎1項。
