人物經歷
1961年2月出生於湖北武漢。1983年畢業於蘭州醫學院藥學系,畢業後在蘭醫附屬一院藥劑科工作,1988年考入中國協和醫科大學(中國醫學科學院)醫藥生物技術研究所,專業為微生物藥物學。在抗生素專家郭惠元教授指導下,進行喹諾酮類抗菌劑的合成與構效關係研究。碩士畢業後,在首都醫科大學化學教研室工作。1996年2月公派到香港中文大學化學系攻讀博士學位,在中科院院士黃乃正教授的指導下,從事有機合成方法學的研究。獲得博士學位後由黃乃正教授推薦,於1999年12月被法國國家科學研究中心聘為研究員,在其下屬的波爾多第一大學有機與金屬有機實驗室從事有機錫的研究,為期10個月。從2000年11月至2002年10月,先後在德國杜伊斯堡大學和波鴻大學做博士後,在G. Dyker教授的研究組從事雜環化合物的合成研究。
研究方向
1.有機合成方法學及其在功能分子構建中的套用;
2.與光系統II相關的釋氧中心的化學模擬, Porphyrins 與Corroles金屬絡合物的研究;
3.含硫過渡金屬絡合物的研究, 氫酶活性中心的化學模擬;
4.精細化工產品的合成 (藥物及其中間體, 農藥, 染料和發光材料等).

2.唯鐵氫化酶活性中心的模擬;
3.Porphyrins與Corroles化合物的合成與性能;
4.片螺素及其非天然類似物的合成與抗腫瘤活性。
